Pasta with Braised Garlic

  1. Set salted water to boil for pasta.
  2. Heat half the chicken stock in a large pan over medium head and add garlic.
  3. Cook for 15 minutes, adding stock as it thickens.
  4. Stir vinegar, brown sugar, and seasoning into the garlic mixture.
  5. Cook the pasta, drain, and transfer to large bowl.
  6. Add the sauce, toss, and garnish with cheese.
