McWoowoo Vinagrette
Ingredients
- 250 ml olive oil
- 100 ml spiced vinegar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp each of salt
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp mustard powder
- 1 tsp crushed garlic
- 1/4 tsp black ground pepper
Directions
Put in a container and shake. Serve over salad.
Notes
White vinegar makes an acceptable substitute for the spiced vinegar in this recipe.
I have also used this as a marinade with some success.
