Chicken Puffs

Ingredients

[Filling]

[Pastry]

[Egg wash]

Directions

[Filling]

  1. Shred the chicken (if still hot, you can break it up with a fork).
  2. Mix the filling ingredients in a bowl.

[Assembly]

  1. Cut the thawed pastry sheets into quarters.
  2. Put a spoonful of filling in the center.
  3. Fold the pastry on the diagonal, and crimp the edges to seal in the filling.
  4. Optionally, apply an egg wash to the top of the parcel.
  5. Cut a small slit in the top of the parcel to let out steam.

[Bake]

  1. Bake for 20 minutes at 180℃.
