Chicken Puffs
Ingredients
[Filling]
- 500g cooked chicken (diced or shredded)
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp mustard
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp curry powder
[Pastry]
- 2 frozen pastry sheets (thawed)
[Egg wash]
Directions
[Filling]
- Shred the chicken (if still hot, you can break it up with a fork).
- Mix the filling ingredients in a bowl.
[Assembly]
- Cut the thawed pastry sheets into quarters.
- Put a spoonful of filling in the center.
- Fold the pastry on the diagonal, and crimp the edges to seal in the filling.
- Optionally, apply an egg wash to the top of the parcel.
- Cut a small slit in the top of the parcel to let out steam.
[Bake]
- Bake for 20 minutes at 180℃.
